I had so much trouble studying before I started using PEMF, it was really hard to keep up at college. I tried taking different pills or drinking more caffeine, but it only made me feel more jittery, it took me long to realize that that’s not making me more awake but just more anxious. Then I saw an ad online for PEMF and decided to give it a shot, because I didn’t want to fail my year.

After just one single use I already noticed that I felt much more relaxed and focused. My mind wandered and I was able to think deeply about a subject that was bothering me at the time. After that, I began using PEMF during my study time (I put the mat on the sofa and sit on it) and often before going to sleep as well, since it helps me to fall asleep.

Thank you sooo much! I was so afraid my parents would be mad at me for having bad grades, but now I’m able to study much more efficiently and I’ve improved most of them. They’re proud as well! Of course, I still feel stressed out from time to time, it’s part of life, but it doesn’t mess with my studies.

I’ve been hitting the gym regularly for 4 years now and I noticed that I hit a plateau about six months ago. It’s so frustrating when that happens and you just can’t see any improvement any more. It makes you want to give up since nothing you do is giving you results any longer. I didn’t want to take substances to enhance my power, but since I was constantly complaining to everyone I knew, a gym buddy decided to lend me his PEMF mat. I read PEMF mats can help you lose weight, so I was a bit apprehensive at first, but I thought I’d give it a try, since he’s doing so well.

After two months of using it, the only thing I can say is this is basically a magic mat! I’ve managed to improve my compound exercises weights for about 15% and I’ve noticed other things as well. I managed to reduce my body fat percentage by 3% since I no longer crave junk food and sweets. I have one cheat day a week, so I still eat them then, but I could stop even that if I wanted.

I feel so much stronger, but I’ll take it easy so as not to cause an injury (even though I know PEMF helps there as well), and I’ll notify you how things are developing in the gym in the future.

PEMF has helped me so much with my seasonal affective disorder and I’ve learned that I actually love winter. I suffered from SAD my whole life and I thought that’s just who I am, that I didn’t like winter. But I realized that’s not the case when I started using PEMF that I inherited from my grandma. She used it for joint pain and always said that it did wonders for her.

So, I decided to start using it after I saw some info on Youtube and I am so glad that I have. I still don’t look forward to winter, since it’s so cold here, but my mood stays up all the time. I used to take vitamin D3 regularly, and I still do, which helped a bit as well. I recommend anyone who has this problem not to ignore it and to take both vitamins and PEMF sessions. I went from not wanting to look outside to now sitting next to my window, drinking tea, and enjoying the beautiful snowfall. Things can’t be better.

I read all of these positive stories about PEMF and I have to share my own since I hope it might help someone with the same problem. I am a type 2 diabetic, I was diagnosed 9 years ago and I’ve been taking medicine ever since. As a diabetic, PEMF has helped me with so many things. I work as a chef at my own restaurant, so since I’m very clumsy I manage to cut myself every time our knives arrive from sharpening. Any diabetic will know that a single cut takes weeks to heal, but not anymore. Ever since I’m using PEMF, my cuts heal pretty much within a week. I don’t have to wear plasters any more, I hate them since it’s hard to do anything around the kitchen with them.

I noticed something else as well, even though I work in the kitchen and have to try everything I make, I managed to lose 5 pounds since I started using my mat. It’s not much, but I read other people managed to drop weight as well, so it might be because of that. Anyways, I’ll definitely keep using it and see how things go.

PEMF has helped me so much, I do not know how to thank you all. I wanted to help my country, and I do not regret it a bit, but after I came home, I was diagnosed with PTSD. I was deployed in Iraq from March to November 2015 and I just wasn’t the same after that. I won’t go into too much detail about my experience, I want to focus on PEMF. When I came back from Iraq, I was unable to sleep, unable to relax, I couldn’t focus, or even hold a conversation.

The psychotherapy helped but PEMF really made a big change, both me and my family are so grateful. I’m using it almost every day, if I’m not too busy from work, since I’ve noticed that one hour on the mat is the best for me. I haven’t slept so good in years and I’m feeling so much better overall. In some situations, I still find it hard to completely relax, such as in crowded places, but I couldn’t even leave my home on most of the days before I started the therapy.

I’ve already recommended it to all the guys that served with me and have the same problem, so I hope I’ll be able to help even more people this way as well.

My multiple sclerosis is a lot better since I started doing PEMF therapy, thank you all for the advice you’ve given me. The doctors told me that I won’t be able to walk in a couple of years, but I don’t blame them since they didn’t know what I knew. At first, my symptoms only included tingling, numbness, burning or cold sensations, but then things got worse and worse. When I was diagnosed with MS I felt devastated because I love running and exploring the outdoors. When they told me I might not be able to walk in a couple of years, I decided to try everything, I never give up easily. PEMF was among those things and I am basically as good as new now. I still keep taking my medicine, I don’t want to take any chances, since you never know with MS, but my relief came from PEMF. It was hard for me to have controlled movements with my feet and the burning and pain was too hard to bear sometimes. Now, I only sometimes feel some light tingling or numbness but it’s so much better than before. If anyone has the same problem, my routine consists of an hour-long PEMF session, and then I do light exercising and stretching, and make sure to take my medication. I still run and hike regularly and I plan on keeping it that way!

The reason why I bought PEMF therapy was open-angle glaucoma which was threatening to take my vision away. I believe that the only reason I am able to write this today is because of PEMF so it’s my way of saying thank you. Luckily, my glaucoma didn’t become too bad before I noticed it since I was taking regular eye tests due to other eye-related health issues. I started experiencing loss in my peripheral vision, first in one eye and then the other one as well. My treatment included eye drops, specifically Xalatan and then beta blockers were included as well through Istalol. The next step was surgery but I wanted to try PEMF before that since I didn’t have anything to lose.

I can’t be happier that I tried it since I am sure it has saved my eyes and also saved me from having to go through complicated surgery. I no longer take any medicine, but I still take regular eye exams since I don’t know if the symptoms are going to come back. As long as my IOP is low, I know I’m doing right. Thanks a lot!

I have been using PEMF for over 90 days now and I want to let everyone know my conclusions and results. I use PEMF for my epilepsy, which I have been suffering from since I was 7 years old, I’m 26 now. My attacks were sometimes mild and sometimes very aggressive, but I’ve managed to control them successfully with medication. However, the medication also came with side effects. In my case, I felt fatigued all the time, anxious, and dizzy from time to time if I took the medicine with no food. Please consult your doctor before using PEMF because I’ve consulted mine and she gave me a green light to give it a try. As I’ve mention, I’ve been using PEMF for 90 days now and I’ve been slowly reducing my medication. All of the side effects are pretty much gone, even though I still fill fatigue on some days, but that might be because of different reasons. Most importantly, I have not had any attacks or symptoms of epilepsy ever since I’m using PEMF, so it looks like it’s working well so far. If anything changes I’ll let you know, but I am so happy that this is happening to me, since I can finally focus more on my obligations and I don’t have to take naps so often any more.

Hi everyone, I’ve had such a hard time both falling asleep or having any quality sleep during night for years now. My job is quite stressful, so that might be what caused my insomnia. I started doing therapy and my doctor prescribed medication which helped me sleep but didn’t help me rest. Whenever I slept with medication, I’d wake up even more tired somehow, insomnia is really horrible. That’s when my therapist actually recommended me to try PEMF and I don’t know how to thank him enough. I’ve been going to sessions every other day after my work for half an hour and I haven’t had a sleepless night ever since. I am planning to buy my own device as well, since it’s becoming hard to work the sessions into my schedule. I think the best one for me would be one with a recovery mode and a biorhythm clock, so I’m open for any recommendations.

I’m an old man so I didn’t expect much from PEMF, I thought that my son has wasted money buying it, but I see that I was so wrong. I am 82 years old and you’d expect a seasoned guy like me to have joint pain and trouble standing up and walking. I thought it was normal and got used to living like that, but I know better now. I had constant pain, especially in my knees and hips, but it was the worst when I was standing up or trying to walk up stairs. I felt relief after the first session. I felt warmth in my joints and my muscles relaxed as well, the pain subsided as well. I don’t feel like 20 years old again, but my joints are definitely 20 years younger. I can walk now without my cane, even though the stairs are still a problem in the morning, but overall the pain is mostly gone.

My sleep has improved greatly since I started using PEMF. I have been struggling with it ever since I started my current job, which is very stressful, but changing it is not an option for me. I bought a PEMF device after a recommendation from an acquaintance and at first used it only right before sleep. After I read more online and learned more about the therapy, I started using the recovery mode during my sleep and the benefits were even greater.

Not only do I fall asleep much more easily, but I also stay asleep throughout the night. No more waking up in the middle of the night and browsing social media until I become sleepy again. I haven’t slept this well in years and it’s showing in my personal life as well. I’m much less stressed out, I can focus much better, and I have so much more energy throughout the day.

I advise everyone not to go for sleep pills, but instead choose PEMF, since I haven’t experienced any side effects from it. At first, it was strange to get used to the warming sensations that I felt in the body, but now that is the best part of it!

PEMF helps with cervical osteoarthritis, I can tell you that much from experience. A big thank you to everyone who helped me realize that and helped me live pain-free again. My mornings were just horrible before I started with PEMF therapy, I could barely move my neck at all until I managed to warm it up somehow. I also used to take prescription medicine to relax the muscles, which I don’t take any more since I rarely feel like I need them.

From my experience, the best way to go about PEMF therapy for cervical osteoarthritis is to use it two times a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening or before the sleep. I’ve experimented with a lot of approaches during these 9 months that I’ve been using it and this has been the best for me. In the morning, PEMF warms up my muscles, relaxes them, and allows them to relax fully. I used to have trouble sleeping as well, because of the neck stiffness, but now I have an hour-long session just before sleep, which relaxes both my muscles and my mind. There’s no need to suffer from these symptoms any more than you have to, I learned that the harder way, but I am so thankful for PEMF today.

I went to a PEMF session for my thyroid and adrenal glands after reading about it extensively online and consulting with my doctor. Since then, I was able to reduce my medication in half, and it’s only been a bit more than a month since I started using it. You need to be careful, though, since when I started doing PEMF sessions my sleep soon deteriorated because the medication I was taking became too strong, that’s how I knew that the dose had to be cut in half, and my doctor agreed. Now I’m sleeping 8 hours easily every night again.

My hypothyroidism also led to significant weight gain, which I’m confident PEMF can help me out with as well. I’ve already lost around 5 pounds during the first month, which is both a result of a normalized thyroid and PEMF therapy, I believe. I also feel a lot less brain fog and my energy levels are going back to normal, which means I can accomplish so much more now in my day to day life. I also don’t feel cold at all like I felt before, which was a big issue in our house since I had to keep the AC way too high, which made everyone else in the house too hot. I’m sure this is something everyone with hypothyroidism can relate to.

I still have some way to go before I am able to completely cut out medication and I have a lot more weight to lose, so I’ll continue using PEMF and see how it goes.

I feel like a free man once again after years. I’m free from pain, from therapy, and from medication! Plus, I can go on bike rides once again which I thought would never be possible again.

I realize now that waiting for 2 years to start using PEMF was way too long. I had a bike crash in 2015, when I was descending a local mountain in heavy rain and I slammed my back on the guardrail. The pain was excruciating and all the physical therapy and medication made it just slightly better, but I could always feel that the problem was still there. Riding my bicycle again was out of question for two years, since anything more than a couple of miles of pedaling made the situation worse.

My first experience with PEMF was by accident and I think God has shown it to me. I went to accompany a friend of mine to a PEMF therapy who was using it successfully to battle his high blood pressure. After talking casually to the practitioner he told me that PEMF was actually great for back pain and let me try it for free since I was there. I felt almost immediate relief, the sensation was very strange but very pleasing. The tension in my back loosened up and I felt warmth travelling along my spine.

Of course, I came back to the second session, and the third, and so on… I have had 23 sessions so far and I have been riding my bike to the last seven! I haven’t yet tried doing long distance, but since my back feels so much better already, I plan to give it a try soon enough since I feel confident I’m on the path to recovery.

My knees gave up on me, I couldn’t get out of car, stand up from a chair or a sofa, or do anything that involved squatting. I have a history of very bad knee cartilage in my family, so I wasn’t surprised by it, but since I’m 53 years old, I thought it was too early for the problem to start developing now. Now, however the situation with my knees is so much better since I began my PEMF journey.

Both of my knees were sore all the time, cold and stiff, and they’d crack whenever I stand up. Sometimes they cracked so loud that people around me could hear it and they’d give me worried looks. I began using direct application right above my knee caps three weeks ago and my knees already feel much younger.  What’s most important, I don’t feel that I have a knee issue in my mind anymore, since I always limited myself because I knew I had a problem. I am much more mobile and agile right now, I can climb stairs without any problems, whereas before I could only do it if I held on the rails and helped with my hands. Of course, three weeks is not enough in my opinion to make a definite conclusion, I still avoid kneeling or crouching too much, but overall my condition has improved significantly, so I am very grateful.

As someone who has suffered from severe chronic headaches, I can tell you that PEMF is awesome. It did it for me and it will probably do it for you. I am very passionate today when I talk about PEMF because I really think it deserves it, since it has given me back my quality of life, I consider myself to be an advocate.

I suffered from migraines for 5-6 years probably and took migraine medication and painkillers for a good portion of the time, even though they did me more bad than good. They only act temporarily and they have a lot of side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, mood swings, which I have experienced personally. Then I decided enough was enough and first went to several PEMF sessions at a local clinic, and after that finally decided to buy a PEMF mat for myself.

I decided to get one with gemstones, since it combined both the effects of far infrared therapy and PEMF therapy, and both of them are important for migraines and regular headaches. I used to have migraines weekly, sometimes a couple of times a week, depending on how stressful my week was. They started becoming weaker and weaker and gradually decreased in frequency as well. Now I am mostly cured from migraine, as I only get a slight headache once in a couple of months, but that’s a normal part of life. However, I haven’t had a real migraine attack in years.

So, if you are suffering from the same issues, please consider PEMF before painkillers, as it is a much safer and a more efficient option in my opinion. I am very thankful for it.

I love PEMF therapy and my PEMF mat, but the problem I have is that I cannot use it as much as I should. I have time to use it just a couple of times a week, but I believe consistency and persistence is key when it comes to this therapy. However, considering how inconsistent I am with keeping with the routine, I have seen some great benefits. I bought it for a couple of its known benefits such as high blood pressure, bad circulation, and high blood sugar, which are all problems I have had before.

I can now happily say that all of these are much better in my case. My blood pressure has gone from 160/110 to 140/90 and sometimes drops down even to 130/85, and all that without taking medication. I still have my medication with me just in case, but I haven’t really needed it since.

My circulation is much better as well and I don’t feel like my hands and feet are freezing cold anymore. I use local application for these, but even when I’m lying on the mat I can almost feel how the warm blood flows to every part of my body. It’s a very pleasing sensation. At first, it was strange as I felt slight tingling, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all.

And finally, my blood sugar has been pretty much within the normal limits for the past three weeks. I am still taking my medication, but it hasn’t been this stable in years. I am going to my endocrinologist for a regular checkup tomorrow and I plan to ask him to cut down my medication, I’m pretty sure he’ll oblige as the results are undeniable.

I used PEMF before my pregnancy for stress and depression, but I decided to make a pause when I learned I was going to have a baby. Even though there aren’t any proofs that it’s bad during pregnancy, some manufacturers don’t advise it until there is sufficient evidence, so I didn’t want to take any chances. Luckily, my depression and anxiety did not come back and I am certain they won’t ever, with this beautiful and healthy child that I have now.

However, I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy, which was in part probably a result of stopping my PEMF sessions, as they’ve helped me control my weight before. I gained 40 pounds in pregnancy, which was much more than the recommended 20 pounds. But, I knew that I had a PEMF as a back plan, so I didn’t worry too much about it. As soon as I left the hospital after pregnancy, I started using PEMF once again. Of course, as I expected, my weight started going down week after week and I was back to my normal weight after about 5 months of regular sessions. Also, I don’t know if this is related, but I didn’t have issues with my milk supply, which I know a lot of mothers have to deal with. If you have this problem, try it out, and you might be able to confirm my theory.
